Soldiers arrest alleged Boko Haram allies in Maiduguri

The Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman, has said
soldiers have arrested three suspected Boko Haram
collaborators resulting from the arrest of a Boko Haram
financier and stimulant supplier, Mohammed Maina.
Usman said Maina had been making useful statements, which
led to the arrest of the three suspected collaborators in
Maiduguri.
He gave the names of those arrested as Jikana Alhaji Goni, 29;
Alhaji Musa Modu, 37; and Alhaji Aba’ana Na  Sule aged 40, all
of  Hausari Ward, Maiduguri.
He said the trio were being interrogated by the military.
The Army spokesman added, “Please, recall that a Boko Haram
financier, fundraiser and stimulant supplier, Mohammed Maina,
was arrested by troops of 21 Brigade yesterday.
“The arrested terrorist has been making very useful statements
and giving more insights in the activities of the terrorists and
their collaborators.
“This has been yielding positive results and in a follow-up today,
three collaborators: Jikana Alhaji Goni, aged 29; Alhaji Musa
Alhaji Modu, 37; and Alhaji Aba’ana Na Alhaji Sule 40, all of
Hausari Ward Maiduguri, were arrested and are being
interrogated.”
