Globacom, Vodafone launch pact to boost customer experience




NIGERIA’S next generation network, Globacom,
has stated that its new Partner Market
Agreement with Vodafone, covering Nigeria and
Republic of Benin, will boost telecommunications’
customers’ experience in the two countries.
According to Globacom, the agreement will give
the companies’ customers access to more robust
bouquet of telecom products and services as well
as improved quality of service. Unveiling details
of the pact at ceremony at EkoHotelrecently,
Globacomassureditssubscribers of a new phase
of innovation-leadership and unprece- dented
quality of service. The ceremony attracted senior
officials of British High Commission, top
government officials, Globacom’s brand
ambassadors, high networth customers, captains
of industry, top officials of the two companies,
among others. Speaking during the ceremony,
Group Executive Director, Globacom, Mrs. Bella
Disu, said “this partnership is something we both
have been yearning for. Globacom is known to
be a leader of innovations and we really have the
hunger to increase our subscriber experience to
the highest level possible. Vodafone has the
scale, it has the experience and we both have the
same customer-obsession to make that
experience even better for our customers. We are
very excited.”
